About the job
Special needs 4-yr-old granddaughter needs part time one to one care in a Academy in Nottingham, MD. She is a very funny tot eager to learn and loves to laugh. She may also play some tricks on you. She is delayed in all areas: SLP, OT, PT. Mon-wed 8:30-12:30 p.m. and will add as funding increases. Help with potty training and following curriculum helping her to respond to each lesson verbally as well as tactile (using scissors, writing utensils, etc per OT) as well as play time. Walk with her outside of her wheelchair as instructed by PT and active in play on playground and indoors. She will be attending public school in September. Immediate start is preferred and Academy has separate background check the center funds. Looking forward to hearing from you who love to promote independence of special needs toddlers!
