About the job
We have a 3yo & 7yo girl, & 9yo boy. Big kids are home after school and occasional days off. Our 3 yo loves the park, imaginary play, dress up, dolls, playing outside, making crafts, learning letters and numbers, baking. We need pick up from preschool, make lunch, read books,& put her down for quiet time/nap time. The bigger kids need help unpacking from school (2:45ish), starting homework and help with tasks. We need someone flexible, patient, silly, loving, who can stay calm amid 3 energetic kids. We need someone with strong communication skills. Our oldest 2 have ADHD. We need someone familiar w/children with ADHD or willing to learn behavioral strategies to help them succeed. We are more than welcome to teach and work with you on these skills. We would love someone who can help with kids laundry, dishes and picking up toys.
