We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I'm looking for somebody reliable that I can trust taking care of the most important person in my life. We are a bilingual family so I will prefer somebody that speaks Spanish to continue with the language.
