Looking For A Nanny For Our Two Daughters In Jefferson, MD

Our family is looking for a nanny to take care of our two toddlers (ages 3 and almost 2) during the work week. We live in Jefferson, MD and would like to find someone we trust, can have an honest and open relationship with, who will take excellent care of our girls, be engaged throughout the day, play outside, take them to do activities such as library story times, etc. once our daughter is old enough for pre school, pick up and drop off may also be included. We have two dogs that are low maintenance but any potential Nannie's should be dog friendly. The hours may occasionally change, we work so traffic can be variable in the evenings. Usually 630-430. Sometimes there will be wfh days, not that often. We are planning an addition on our home in the spring so please be aware there will be some construction going on.
