Looking for someone 4-5 days per week with early childhood education background who can reinforce Montessori principles, structure but allowance for free play. Currently potty training 22-month-old and have a 2-month-old as well. Currently, 22-month-old naps once daily usually for 1. 5-2 hours. Looking for a 9-5 work day but with flexibility. 22-month-old daughter is into Disney, books, coloring/art, free play and our farm animals. Responsible for children's laundry, meal prep for lunch and snacks, diaper changing, and other tasks as needed.
