Nanny Needed For My Children In Hagerstown.

I'm just hoping our new care giver can provide lots of outdoor time for our little one. We are hoping to find someone who can commit to at least a year of childcare. Our child will begin needed care at the age of 3 months. At first, as far as activities, we expect walks in the park with the stroller and outside time on blankets and their pack n play. As our baby grows, having them explore nearby nature centers, natural parks, and hiking areas with their nanny would be wonderful!! We would prefer someone who isn't constantly on their phone and who wouldn't use their phone around our child. We don't require constant stimulation/entertainment for our baby either. Someone who can balance assess our child's needs and knowing the importance of independent play would be ideal.
