Babysitter Needed For Pickup And Possibly Summer Break

We have 3 Children (R, C, D). For now, we need help with picking up R&C from school,, which is just 200 meters away from home (come to our house and park your car in our carport). D is 2yo who'd be at Daycare. The time to pick up is 2. 10 but I'd like someone ready at the house by 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. There will be an additional fee for each additional child you'd care. For example if D is sick or off, I'd pay more on your hourly wage. My husband is veteran and works at WV. I'm work 2 blocks from home and couldn't take my children with me as so many hazardous glass decorations in the house. R&C are easy girls, they'd just study, sketch or watch video on their tablet. The only help they'd ask would be getting snack. Hence, I'd love someone who are willing to do little housekeeping like put dirty dishes on dishwasher, etc.
