Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Hagerstown.

I am an independent contractor working in events and promotions looking for a sitter/nanny for my son. I prefer someone who will play outside with my son and actively engage with him. I also need someone who is cool tempered but will properly correct. My schedule is quite varying. Most weeks I will only need Fridays and Saturdays. Some weeks I will need Tuesdays-Fridays. It depends on the event that Im producing or working at. Hours are generally long. Usually at least 9 hours because my commute is always over 1. 5 hours one way. Sometimes as long as 17 hours with very early starts (ex. 2am). I have cats so I need someone who is alright with cats.
