Before school care. I start work at 6 a.m. I could change my schedule to 7 a.m. Ideally, someone who could get them dressed and transported to elementary school nearby by 8 a.m. Minimum would be stay with children from 6:45 a.m. and transport to elementary school by 8 a.m.
