Nanny/recurring Babysitter Wanted For Four-month-old (mostly Weekends)

My husband and I are shift workers and are looking for someone to help us bridge the gap between shifts on weekends for our little girl, who is currently a bit over 4 months old. In general, we would only need coverage during business hours. If we are a good fit, we could certainly use more help on the weekdays. Our current plan is to enroll her in a daycare center during the week, but plans can change for the right person. We have a golden retriever/labrador mix as well. We do not expect you to do anything for him (other than maybe let him out into our fenced yard, if you're open to that), but he's an affectionate boy and will probably think you're here for him.
