I am in the military and my shift is called "Panama Shift" schedule, and I alternate working day/night shifts every two months. We need a nanny with flexible hours. We have 2 children 2 and under. They both sleep through the night with minimal wakes if any. During the day they wake up around 8-9 and eat, take care of hygiene and dress for the day and if weather permits go to the nearby park for a bit. I tend to bring snacks and drinks to the park if they get hungry. They eat lunch around 11-12, then sometimes they both go down for a nap. My daughters' naps are irregular, and my son skips his sometimes. Substitute nap for quiet time, with low stimulation tv shows and crafts if needed. Snack time is at 3, then its play time with toys or going to play in the back yard. 5-6 is dinner time, then 7 is bath time and hygiene, then bedtime is 8.
