Afternoon Nanny For 2 Preteen Boys.

Hi! I have two older boys (10 + 12). We are looking for someone long term to join our family as our nanny. We are looking for a fun, energetic, witty, caring, slightly cynical nanny who loves dogs (we have 2) to join our afternoons. We're pretty chill, and easy going but like to keep things structured for the kids. I need someone who can pick my children up at (2) schools in the afternoon and bring them home and then supervise homework, ensure the kids have a snack and they finish their chores (we have a daily chore chart), as well as take them to their individual sports practices they have in the spring (they each do one sport). They're both pretty independent - the younger one likes to play board games, cards, etc and enjoys more attention. The older one is almost 13 going in 40 and would rather be alone in his room.
