J is less than 2 months old. Mom and Dad work long hours and so we need full-time help. Our parental leave ends in October, but we would love to get help earlier and feel out if its a good fit! We are pretty laid back: We don't expect you to be a better caregiver than we are (though we try and be good ones, of course). So the work will involve diaper changing, feeding, soothing, bathing and putting her down for naps. If there's time to straighten things up while she's down, that would be a huge help.
