Nanny Needed For Infant Child 25+ Hours/Week

We are a family of four living in Urbana, MD and are currently looking for a trustworthy, enthusiastic, kind, patient and reliable babysitter to watch our 6-month-old in our home. Both parents work from home and will share the space with the babysitter. Experience caring for infants is required. Must be non-smoker and CPR / First Aid certified. Will need to provide 2-3 references. Expected responsibilities include age-appropriate activities during wake windows, putting down for naps, going outside for walks, feeding solids, changing diapers, and doing light housekeeping if time permits. The preferred schedule is Mon-Fri 10am-3pm, with some flexibility. Will need to be available to start early August, and work for our family for the following 10-12 months. We offer a guaranteed salary, major holidays off, and 5 PTO / sicks days per year.
