Seeking Nurturing Nanny For 1-year Old

We are a couple working from home, seeking a compassionate nanny for our1-year-old boy. While at least one of us will be at home, we need support in feeding, putting him to sleep, and general development activities and care. We would prefer someone who could help out with light dishwashing and his laundry. Our dog is part of the family, so comfort with pets is essential.
