We seek a compassionate and reliable 1:1 Personal Support Coach to assist our 22-year-old adult male with autism in daily routines, community engagement, and enjoyable activities. Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene routines, including handwashing and other self-care tasks. Support in preparing meals, snacks, and drinks. Provide redirection and behavioral management strategies as needed. Professional training will be provided. Assist with skill-building, facilitating experiential learning, and fostering personal developmental opportunities. : Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism, special needs, or developmental disabilities preferred. Ability to manage challenging behaviors using appropriate strategies such as redirection, positive reinforcement, etc.
