About the job
Ellicott City family needs a full-time nanny. Must love kids! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. The care will be for a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. We'd like someone who has several references, can swim (we have a pool), understands gentle parenting and Montessori methods, and is flexible. We plan to do a legal setup with payroll. We both work from home so will be around most days. We live in a nice area with a big backyard. We've had two nannies previously who we adore and can provide family references. We'd like someone who can be somewhat flexible with hours. Some weeks we will require 20 hours and other weeks 40 hours.
