Nanny Needed For After School/potential Weekend Care For Two Elementary Aged Boys

We are looking for an energetic caregiver to assist with watching our boys once they are home from school as parents finish their work day in the home office. Our older son participates in several sports and typically can accomplish his homework independently. He would mainly need assistance in getting equipment ready and making sure he has the correct clothing for the specific sport. Our younger son has homework that should take about 10-15 minutes to complete but often needs assistance or review. Aside from that, he loves to be outside so we would need someone comfortable with exploring the area behind our house, regardless of weather. He is a very curious, funny and independent person but would need a caregiver that has experience and/or understanding of neurodiversity. Potential for occasional date night/weekend care as well.
