Babysitter For Recurring Date Afternoons/nights For 2 Children In Ellicott City

New to the area and looking for babysitter or two that we feel comfortable using for date nights (or afternoons, who are we kidding we're old). Normally looking for a couple times a month, sometimes week nights, sometimes weekend afternoon/evenings. 4-year-old and 2-year-old siblings that attend full time daycare during the day. We live in Ellicott City. They love reading, playing outside, and basically anything that involves cars or stuffed animals. Prefer someone with their own transportation unless they're located in the immediate area.
