Looking for someone reliable and competent to watch our 10-month-old girl. Someone who is OK with following our schedule/plans and willing to work with our girl to teach her new things. Previous experience is a plus. Would need to be able to come to our home in elkton/ northeast area. Right now we need someone Tue-Thurs but that might be changing shortly and could need someone Mon-Fri once my wife gets on her new work schedule.
