About the job
Hello, my wife & I are looking for a nanny 3 days a week to watch our daughter (D, age 13 months) between 9 & 5 while we work from home. We are interested in finding someone enthusiastic and energetic who can keep up with D. D is not quite walking yet, but she is very mobile and curious. Having someone creative who can facilitate play and help her meet milestones is very important to us, as is finding a nanny with a good understanding of gentle parenting. Currently we are validating D's emotions, comforting her, & redirecting her as needed. We are a young family with 2 cats & are considering a puppy, so please keep that in mind. And we would like to meet potential nannies ahead of time & trial the position to make sure it is a great fit for everyone.
