Nanny Needed For My Children In Derwood.

Hi! My child is a baby at the moment and requires a lot of attention. I'm looking for someone to watch and care for my little one during the day where my wife and I can't. As a warning, I work remotely everyday but due to the demand of my job, I am not always able to watch her. With that being said, my child is breast and bottle (breast milk) fed every 3 hours. On the daily: she has floor time (with a few mobility exercises) along with tummy time appropriate for her age. At this moment, she's very hands on and likes to grab and put toys in her mouth. As far as naps go: we are trying to follow a schedule that closely resembles her age group while following her cues as well, She's not fond of daytime crib naps so she likes to sleep in someone's arm -- we are working on daytime crib naps.
