Regular Babysitter For 2 Toddlers

I am looking for someone who could take care of a 1-year-old girl and 2. 5-year-old girl for a few hours a day a couple times a week. I will be in the house on a different level working from home. The days/times are flexible - you don't always have to be available at these times every week. But if you are typically available at these times, that would be helpful. We have two pugs that you'd need to be comfortable around.
