I'm looking for someone to help with my kids while I work. The schedule is flexible but needs to be consistent. I need someone who can commit to 10-15 hours each week. In the morning, it's just the 1-year-old. Preschooler comes home at 1, and 7-year-old after school. You can pick the days and hours; they just need to be consistent.
