"Mothers Helper"/ Nanny Needed For My 1 Year Old Son

I am looking for someone to hang out with my 1-year-old, at my home, once or twice a week while I work. I work from home so I will be around. Hours are flexible. He's very low maintenance and self entertains well but he prefers to have someone to play with him and give him 1:1 attention. He doesn't have a set sleep schedule and every day it's a guessing game which makes it difficult to schedule meetings and/or plan for work during his nap time. I am looking for someone to build a rapport with and that my son can get used to that we can also use for date nights or events. He very much has "stranger danger" to new people so I am looking for someone consistent that he can get used to and comfortable being around without me or his dad present.
