Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Columbia.

We are looking for a nanny for our 4-month-old boy in Columbia, MD. We would like someone who is experienced putting babies to sleep for naps, so please mention if you have that experience. We would like long term help 9am-1 p.m. Monday to Friday, but we might extend the hours depending on how things go. My wife and I will usually be at home. We are looking for someone who is non-smoking and does not wear perfume or have any other strong fragrances. Thanks!
