Nanny Needed For My Children In Columbia.

We are looking for a covid (and other respiratory virus) cautious nanny for our newborn twins to start sometime in the next 4-8 weeks in the Columbia, MD area. Hours are negotiable - we have flexibility but would ideally like 30+ hours or full time. We mask with N95 or KN95 anywhere out of the house and currently our outings are limited to minimal baby or work-related necessities. We are looking for a nanny with similar low-risk and cautious behavior, who does not have exposure to other children, especially kids in daycare/school. We are first time parents so we dont know the ins and outs of pay roll yet, but payments will be appropriately tracked and taxed and we are happy to contribute toward health insurance.
