Seeking a nanny for my 15-month-old son. About us: - I work from home and likely enrolling my son in a 2 day preschool for the socialization (open to full time care if it doesn't work out). We anticipate nanny care needs for MWF 8am-1 p.m. ish. - Son is super active and would benefit from someone who can keep up with him. - Non smokers, pet friendly. Small dog is kept separate from the baby. - My son is sleep trained and does baby led weaning. What we are looking for: - Experience with this age range and can help with developmental things (using utensils, talking, play, sensory activity, etc. ). - Active & engaging - Responsive communicator - Clean driving record and has a vehicle - Vaccinated, no drug use, non smoker - Clean driving record and own vehicle - Vaccinated, non smoker, no drug use
