This would primarily be for my oldest daughter who is 16, she has schizencephally, autism, epilepsy and developmental-physical delays. A typical afternoon would be meeting her at the bus stop and relieving her private duty nurse from the school day, taking her upstairs to the apartment and sitting with her while she listens to music. She would generally need help removing coat and shoes. Youd also give her a snack which is already have out and prepared, something light most likely and dry. You would stay with her until Her evening caregiver arrives which would not be too long after the bus brings her home. She also has epilepsy although she doesnt have frequent seizures. She would also need help walking from the wheelchair shes in to her room.
