Occasional Sitter For Goofy 21 Month Old Girl.

We are looking for an as needed sitter for our 21-month-old daughter in Chesapeake Beach. This will not be a set schedule, so we are looking for someone with daytime flexibility. I am primarily looking for someone to be able to watch our daughter in our home when I have doctor's appointments. We would work out the dates and times together at least two weeks ahead of time. We have two dogs and one cat. The dogs would be put away in another room while you are here, but it's important that you aren't allergic to cats. We are looking for someone who has their own transportation, is reliable, and is preferably CPR trained. Our parenting style is respectful parenting. We set firm boundaries, and are ok with and acknowledge big feelings. Yelling at our child is not an option. She is a very goofy, sweet, and independent child!
