About the job
My children are homeschooled and love to play and explore, especially outside. They love crafts, reading, and being creative. They love to be involved with helping around the house, like helping with meals. On Mondays and Wednesdays, the older two will be at a homeschool program from 10-2. I am looking for a caregiver who is trained in conscious discipline and styles like Montessori or Waldorf philosophies. We treat our children with mutual respect and believe that all behavior is communication and seek to validate, understand, attune, and connect with them and avoid punishments or any approaches based in behaviorism.
