Nanny Needed To Watch 7mo Old For WFH Mom

Hello! We are looking for a regular nanny/sitter to watch our 7month old girl from our home during the week. I work from home in an upstairs office, but often have client meetings during the day where I'm unable to watch our daughter. My schedule also varies and is pretty flexible, with most of my colleagues working on the west coast. Some days we might need you 4 hours, other days more. I will always try to give you as much notice as possible! I work in digital marketing for nonprofits and my husband works in non-public special education. We're a very progressive household, LGBTQ+ friendly, pro-science, and big on books/reading/education. We'd love to find someone with similar values to spend time with our girl!
