Seeking an experienced nanny for our 12-week-old baby girl. We follow a hybrid Montessori approach and prefer someone familiar with child-led learning. Our baby has an established feed and sleep schedule that will evolve with engaging activities as she grows. This role begins with an 8-week trial period, after which we will hire one nanny full time (potential schedule: 3 to 8 hours/day, 3 to 5 days/week).
