Were looking for someone who can handle afternoon pickups from school. Our daughter loves reading and coloring, so we would want someone to participate in those activities with her. Additionally, someone who can cook simple dinners would also be preferred. Much of the time my wife will be the sole caregiver so this would take something off her plate.
