My 8-month-old is very active and would need someone who can keep up with him, play on the floor with him and do activities with him. Hes also 24 pounds and would need someone who has no problem lifting that kind of weight. The right candidate must also be patient as he learns new things and takes his time to eat. His day basically consists of play and discovery time, nap time, eating/drinking, and diaper-changing.
