We are looking for a full time nanny for our 5-year-old who will also act as a 1:1 for her during half day kindergarten. Duties would be to provide 1:1 support in the outdoor classroom from 8:30-12:30, transport from her school , and provide care until about 3:30 or 4. willing and able to be outside in all weather (even cold and rain), and able to deal with difficult behavior using respectful caregiving techniques.
