Part-time To Full-time Nanny Position For Happy And Loving 5 Month Old Baby Girl!

Our family is looking for a kind, caring, proactive nanny who can watch over our little girl. Positive/happy attitude and vibes only! The ideal candidate will have experience working with babies and have glowing references. We want somebody who brings happiness into our house and in their interactions with our daughter. This person's focus will be our baby while she's awake (playing, reading books, feeding, changing diapers, etc) and then tidying up baby space(s), cleaning baby bottles etc and baby's laundry while the baby sleeps. We've already had negative experience with a nanny who got an attitude when being given feedback and spend a lot of the time on their phone. Bad behavior/attitudes like this won't be tolerated. Between now and September 25th, one parent will be on maternity/paternity leave so we don't need full-time support until September. Starting in the next few weeks, we'd like to hire someone part-time to cover a couple hours in the late afternoon (like 3pm-7pm) on weekdays. Then mid-September onward, we'll need someone to work Monday-Friday starting at 8 a.m. at the latest and working until at least 430 p.m. We have a 6-year-old extremely friendly Dalmatian, so the ideal candidate must fine being around dogs.
