My husband and I are seeking a nanny for our 3-month-old daughter for 6 months beginning in June. We are actively working out our schedule and would like to have open conversations with candidates about options. We would ideally have care for 4 days per week (9 hours per day), but we have some flexibility to as little as 3 days per week or up to full time (5 days). My husband and I are looking for a CPR trained nanny who is comfortable with early childhood development and milestones and can help our daughter (and us) navigate all those exciting new changes! A good fit would be someone who enjoys the outdoors and is open to taking our daughter on outings and regularly exposing her to different activities. Candidates should be able to provide three references and be subject to a background check.
