We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Baltimore. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who does not smoke. I'm going to be putting my children in childcare that is a 4 min drive from my house, I cant find childcare open at 5 a.m. (before I have to be at work at 5:30) the nanny will have to drive both children to the daycare center and drop them off. I will be picking the kids up from the center when I'm off work.
