Seeking Nanny For 3-month Old: 3 Days/week

My wife and I are seeking a part-time nanny to care for our 3-month-old daughter three days per week, 7-8 hours per day. We have flexibility about which days and which hours. We live in Baltimore, and have our nursery set up on the first floor of a two-floor house. My wife works from home, and during the day will be in her office on the second floor--along with our small, sweet, hypoallergenic dog. Our priority is to find a nurturing and reliable professional who will form a bond with our daughter and help her to grow emotionally and intellectually. We are seeking a non-smoker who has either training in childcare or comparable experience, and who will look forward to spending time with our daughter.
