Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Baltimore.

Seeking a goal oriented and organized nanny for 3 children (4. 5 years son, 2. 5 years old daughter, and 4-month-old son). Son is participating in an online pre-k homeschooling program. He will start homeschooling Kindergarten in the Fall. School curriculum is provided. We are looking someone who can help keep children on track. Duties include creating structure and rules, serving as learning coach for homeschooling, training children to ask for permission prior to getting up, creating a routine or schedule, supervising lunch and snack, teaching good hygiene and boundaries, and providing daily summary of activities. There is a dedicated space for the nanny and children. We are a pet-free and smoke-free home. The max rate is not negotiable.
