Nanny Needed For My Infant In Baltimore.

I am looking for a nanny to care for our 5-month-old 3 days/week (about 18 hours per week) in our home, with the possibility of a second family joining in June (their baby would be 4 months and ours would be 9 months in June). The fee would increase with the addition of an extra baby. An ideal day will include music, time outside, playing and giggling together, and support with age-appropriate milestones (tummy time, etc). We prefer to keep baby time screen-free. Our family is queer/trans and we are using they/them pronouns for our little one until they tell us they want something different.
