Hi, I have an 18-month-old son named Z, and I am looking for a sitter to join our family. His dad and I are hoping to get back to having regular date nights and occasionally picking up extra work shifts. Were looking for someone reliable, attentive, and hands-on. Z is such a happy, active little one, and we would love to find a sitter who can become a consistent presence in his life. While we don't have specific dates in mind yet, we want to be proactive in our search. It important to us that Z builds a strong relationship with his sitter.
