Summer Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Baltimore

My husband Jason and I work full-time, often at home. We had our girls in a loving, terrific home daycare, but it's full of toddlers, and they don't get the outside time they need. We will have a pool membership but need a caregiver who will actually play with them and keep an eye on them rather than count on the lifeguards to do it. We'd like someone who can read or do a worksheet with them during a little downtime every day. They are competitive but well-behaved. We encourage boundaries, teach right and wrong. We teach that you should do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Caregiver's Consequences can include timeout or removing privileges. The girls have a lot of fun and room in their heart for a new friend who they can respect and trust. You'll love them!
