Nanny For 1 Child Of Work-from-home Parents

Looking for a nanny for 1 newborn child. I am a full-time work from home employee and my husband works from home part of the time so the needs will be flexible. Our nanny will be relied on to take care of our newborn in a way that creates boundaries for the work from home parents so they may get their work done despite having a newborn around. Additionally, we are looking for a nanny that feels comfortable taking the child outside frequently and is passionate about organizing age appropriate developmental activities. When our work from home schedules allows for it we would also prefer someone we can socialize with and who can join us on outings with our baby if needed.
