We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children both around 1-year-old. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. It would be a nanny share on Mon, Tues and Wed and solo nannying on Thurs and Fri. We would like to rotate homes that are hosting, and both have dogs. One home will have teleworking mom. Both kids enjoy lots of time outdoors, reading and singing and are doing baby led weaning along with some bottles throughout day. Girls currently have different nap schedules (one does not have a schedule but generally does on nap a day sometime between 12-2 anywhere from 45min to 90min and would like to keep it flexible).
