About the job
We are looking for an LGBTQ+ affirming caregiver who is passionate about education and enriching activities for young children. Our goal is to get assistance with picking them up from school (short 2-block walk) and keeping them engaged from after school until I get off work. More so than "babysitting", we would love support with educational activities, such as reading, drawing, arts, science experiments, cooking activities, etc. We are happy to buy all supplies, but want and need someone who is going to enthusiastically plan and execute fun activities independently. Pay is commensurate with training and experience. We are willing to provide additional compensation within the first 90 days for people with advanced training, educational experience, and ability to exceed our expectations!
