Nanny Needed For My Children In Baltimore.

I am looking for a nanny that can work m-f for the most part 8-3. My hours vary and sometimes Ill be working from home or frequently will be in and out of the house. Occasionally I will need you a little earlier than 8 or a little after 3 but that would easily be offset by other days that I will not need any care for the day. Often my Friday afternoons end early so mostly done by 1 on Fridays. Would love someone with prior experience. If this could work with your schedule, reach out.
