Nanny Needed For My Children In Baltimore.

I have a sweet 8-month-old baby boy. He is playful, smiley and very friendly with new people. I'm looking for someone to spend the day with him at our house, feed him, play with him, put him down for naps, take him for walks and to the playground and generally be attentive and sensitive like I would be while I'm away. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has experience with babies, knows how to play with and take care of them and is comfortable with the fact that they sometimes cry and caring about them anyway. I can train you on CPR and choking precautions if you do not have that certification yet. I'm looking for 2-3 days per week, but the days are possibly flexible. We live in a neighborhood with a lot nearby and my son often takes two two hour naps. I'm hopeful that this is a great option for a local college student.
