Babysitter Needed For 1 Child/Mentor Or Big Sister Figure For Teenage Daughter

I am looking for a great babysitter for one child. He is 6 years old and will be 7 in November. I am looking for help in the evening such as homework, bathing, feeding, and transportation pickups, and sometimes mom night out. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I am also looking for a mentor/ big sister figure for my 15-year-old daughter. She is too old for a baby sitter but someone who can talk with her, play games, and have girls days out.
